Tahini Dip

INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp light tahini
scant 1 cup natural (plain) yogurt
1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
1 spring onion (scallion), finely sliced
fresh herbs, to garnish
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Mix together the tahini, yogurt, cayenne pepper and mint in a small bowl.

  2. Sprinkle the spring onion and extra cayenne pepper on top and chill in the refrigerator until required.

  3. Serve the tahini yogurt dip garnished with fresh herbs.
