peanuts, chopped, to garnish |

DIRECTIONS: |
- In a blender, blend together water, peanut butter, rice vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger.
- Toss with cooked spaghetti, rotisserie chicken, red bell pepper, cucumber, and scallions.
- Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
