INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cantaloupe
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup salted roasted pistachios, coarsely chopped
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Remove the rind from the cantaloupe and cut into bite-size pieces.

  2. Divide the cantaloupe and vanilla ice cream among bowls.

  3. Sprinkle with salted pistachios.
