Brown Rice Pilaf with Pecans

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup brown rice
1/2 cup pecans
3 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
2 tbsp unsalted butter, cut-up
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Heat oven to 350`F. Cook brown rice according to the package directions. Meanwhile, spread pecans on a rimmed baking sheet and toast, tossing occasionally, until fragrant, 8-10 minutes; let cool, then coarsely chop.

  2. Fold into the rice, along with fresh dill, butter, kosher salt, and black pepper.
