Red Curry-Glazed Salmon

INGREDIENTS:
4 x 5 oz salmon fillets
1 tbsp Thai red curry paste
1 tbsp canola oil
1 tsp light brown sugar
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Heat broiler. Place salmon fillets on a foil-lined broilerproof baking sheet. In a small bowl, mix together Thai red curry paste, canola oil, light brown sugar, kosher salt, and black pepper.

  2. Dividing evenly, brush the salmon with the curry paste mixture. Broil until the salmon is opaque throughout. 5-7 minutes.
