Creamy Tomato Mint Sauce

Comments: This recipe name and method mention tomatoes, but it's not in the ingredients... I typed the wording in all the cook.com recipes exactly as it was said in the recipe, and its' all really short hand.

INGREDIENTS:
2 medium onions, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
3 tbsp oil
1 1/2 tbsp dry mint
1 1/2 tsp dry basil
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup whipping cream
salt and pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Saute onion and garlic in oil until limp.

  2. 1 1/2 tbsp dry mint, 1 1/2 tsp dry basil, 1 cup chicken broth, not if too wet.

  3. Simmer uncovered until slightly thickened and reduced, 20 minutes. Stir in whipping cream. Salt and pepper to taste.

  4. If tomatoes watery, don't use broth.
