Lowfat Guacamole Dressing

Comments: Great as a dipping sauce for your favorite healthy corn chips, veggies, or in a casserole or salad.

INGREDIENTS:
3 medium avocados,pitted and peeled
1 C nonfat plain yogurt substitution: greek style for a thicker dressing
1 clove garlic
4 tbl fresh lime juice
3/4 teasp salt & white pepper to taste
1 Tbl hot pepper sauce or shiracha sauce to taste
3/4 teasp cumin
2 teasp chili powder
1/2 C cilantro chopped
DIRECTIONS:
  1. In food processor or blender, add yogurt and avocados and pulse smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Refrigerate one hour.

  2. Use this dressing as a dip, or as a dressing you can make the mixture thinner by adding a little lowfat milk.
