INGREDIENTS:
6 whole-wheat pitas
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
Kosher salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Heat oven to 425`F. Split each pita in half horizontally. Sprinkle the cut sides with the cumin, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper.

  2. Cut each pita into wedges and divide between 2 baking sheets. Bake until golden brown and crisp, 8-10 minutes.
