Chicken Nicoise Salad

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 lb green beans
1/2 lb new potatoes, halved
4 eggs, hard-cooked, peeled and halved
6 cups salad greens
1 1/2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
1 small red onion, sliced
1/2 cup cured black olives
vinaigrette
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Separately, steam green beans and new potatoes; rinse under cold water.

  2. Divide 6 cups salad greens among four plates and top with the rotisserie chicken, red onion, cured black olives, green beans, potatoes, and eggs.

  3. Dress with your favorite vinaigrette.
