Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
4 rolls, split and toasted
1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
celery stalks, to serve
OPTIONAL celery leaves
  1. Melt butter in a medium skillet; stir in the Buffalo wing sauce and rotisserie chicken and cook until warmed through, 2-4 minutes.

  2. Divide evenly among 4 split and toasted rolls and top with blue cheese. Serve with celery stalks. Add leaves to the sandwiches, if desired.
