INGREDIENTS:
1 lb pizza dough, divided
olive oil
1 1/2 cups Asiago, grated
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
1 cup arugula
1/4 cup pesto
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Shape pizza dough into 4 rounds; brush both sides with olive oil and place on 2 baking sheets.

  2. Dividing evenly, sprinkle with Asiago and bake at 425`F until golden, 12-15 minutes.

  3. In a large skillet, fry 4 eggs in olive oil.

  4. Dividing evenly, top the cooked dough with warm rotisserie chicken, arugula, pesto, and the eggs.
