Spicy Sauteed Green Beans

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb green beans
3 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 - 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
DIRECTIONS:
  1. In a large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook green beans until tender, 3-4 minutes; drain. Wipe out saucepan and heat olive oil with garlic over medium heat until fragrant, 1-2 minutes.

  2. Add the green beans, kosher salt, and black pepper and toss to combine. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper.
