Honey- Ginger Tea

INGREDIENTS:
1 1in piece of fresh ginger, peeled
1 regular-sized green tea bag
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp honey
1 cup boiling water
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Grate 1 (1in) piece of fresh ginger, peeled, using large holes of a box grater, to equal 1 tbsp squeeze juice from ginger into a teacup; discard solids.

  2. Place green tea bag, fresh lemon juice, and honey in a teacup; add boiling water.

  3. Cover and steep 3 minutes. Remove and discard tea bag, squeezing gently.
